Use the same six rows we use on every build on this site. Drop your contractor’s numbers into the blank “Your quote” column and compare them against the modeled medians from the post you’re reading.

The CSV ships blank on purpose. Fill medians from the post you’re comparing against.
Import into Google Sheets
- Open Google Sheets and create a blank spreadsheet.
- File → Import → Upload and choose
adu-six-phase-worksheet.csv. - Import location: Replace spreadsheet (or insert a new sheet).
- Separator type: Comma.
- Click Import data.
You can then share the sheet with your contractor or keep it private. We don’t host a live Google Sheet (that would need Google API credentials we don’t have on this site).
